And following our booklet of Levadas da Madeira, we completed today Levada number 1, which was the best and longest so far hehe Bhima and Sudha had to put up with my screams every time Pepper and Chilli felt in the water, sooooooooooooooo scary for Mama hahaha
It is so beautiful that it is difficult to comment on the pictures, you must come here to experience the whole Madeira thing !!

This is a levada, they built many in the 70's to bring water from the mountains, very smart
"Avencas" remind me of my dearest beloved forever grandma Lucia. She had one in her house for many many years, and it was always there beautiful waiting for my arrival, just like her... Te amo Vo !!!!!!!!
